A 28yr old female presented with the chief complaint, “I don’t want to lose my teeth.” Her lower front teeth had movement and receding gums. An x-ray of the area was taken and showed advanced bone loss (figure #1-black equals space). A surgical procedure was performed to grow bone. We achieved a successful result (figure #2). There is an increase in bone level and the teeth have firmed up. The patient continues on an alternating cleaning schedule so we can monitor this area. The patient was happy she was able to keep all her teeth.
